Yesterday Mike Filsaime announce to the world that his Butterfly Marketing script is now open source! I didn't know whether to be shocked or upset... See I have been planing on developing my own version of the BM script to add a few features I felt it was lacking, but now why bother. Now that it's open source, there is no limit to what people will create and add to it.
This is huge!! If you don't already own the script... your missing out! This thing handles everything... You can set it up to work with Paypal, Clickbank, 2Checkout and Authorize.net. It also allows you to manage your own affiliate program and gives your affiliates their own unique links to promote your products.
As for installation of the script... its fairly easy. I use Dreamhost.com for my hosting and it allows me to set up a Mysql Database with one click of a button! Never had a problem with the script and I would highly recommend downloading this thing ASAP!
